Firestone Complete Auto Care

We came into town for a big bike race from South Carolina. After driving 2 1/2 hours my Audi Q5 displayed its "low oil quantity" warning light. These kind souls promptly helped us, replenishing my synthetic oil and even topping off my coolant fluid. They were so kind and helpful. When they finished their work, they said, "have a nice day, ma'am!." That's right, no charge, just well wishes. How refreshing!

I brought in a fleet vehicle to be serviced on and the staff was helpful, to the point and professional. The work was quick and I can't say enough about the customer service. As I waited for my vehicle to be ready, I watch as Arthur, Wendy and Fernando patiently dealt with intrapersonal interactions with customers in person and on the phone, maintaining a positive rapport with each customer. They are all intentional with thier persue to accomplishing thier tasks and answering questions. They are the standard to meet for Firestone representatives! Great job guys, may God bless you all!

Went to this location to have my vehicle looked at. I was greeted by Fernando who got my car in fast. Shane made sure to go the extra mile and have them check my fluids. While I was waiting wendy kept me in conversation. I would recommend this location for their friendly staff and great customer care

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you Shane!!! I had a great experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Asheville, NC. I was traveling from Florida to Atlantic City, NJ when my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban suddenly showed very low engine oil. Shane stepped in right away and helped me without any delay — and didn’t even charge me. That kind of kindness and professionalism is rare these days. He was very polite, respectful, and truly went out of his way to help me quickly during a stressful situation. If you’re in the Asheville area and need auto service, I highly recommend this place — especially Shane. I will definitely choose Firestone for my future service only because of Shane!!!! Thank you again brother!!!!

I was passing through Asheville and got a screw or something in the edge of my tire. I went to the downtown store and Shane and Fernando were incredibly helpful. I got there at 5pm and needed a tire replaced under warranty. They jumped into action and got it knocked out quickly and with a smile to help me get back on the road. Kudos to both guys! Thank you for the great service.
